Manual Welding Machines

A manual welding cell can help with many of your welding needs. The cell can be customized to include options that best fit your application. The manual welding cell comes in the following sizes:

  • 2 Meter
  • 3 Meter
  • 4 Meter

Machine options:

  • Standard configuration manual weld cell: Includes components such as control panel, wiring to accommodate multiple sizes, powered trunnion, fume extraction, start/stop with foot switch, etc,
  • Manual weld repair cell (has some options deleted)
  • Fixed beam or fixed table cell (typically may not need EWR gas regulator, powered trunnion, or fume plenum with automatic dampers or connectivity system)
  • Leak tester cell (assumes fixed beam; does not need Rite Hite slider doors, weld controls system, or fume extraction)
  • Assembly cell (assumes fixed beam; does not need Rite Hite slider doors, weld controls system, or fume extraction)

Weld Equipment Options

  • Miller Axcess E450 GMAW Weld Pkg (includes Abicor Binzel EWR Pro weld gas regulating system, Arc Shield controls system with Rite Hite slide-air door, automatic fume extraction plenum dampers)
  • Miller Maxstar 210 DX GTAW weld package (includes Abicor Binzel EWR Pro weld gas regulating system, Arc Shield controls system with Rite Hite slide-air door, automatic fume extraction plenum dampers)

Controls Included on Each Machine

  • Rockwell CompactLogix PLC with HMI
  • Automatic clamping and unclamping
  • Ethernet port and NAT router for interconnection to plant network and allow remote connectivity

Other Options That Can Be Added to Fit Your Needs:

  • Cognex handheld scanner or Microscan QX-Hawk fixed-mounted scanner
  • Operator cooling fan
  • Ferrous wire / non-ferrous wire detect
  • Wire barrel detection for proper detection of wire size
  • RFID badge reader
  • Operator indicator lights
  • Banding unit; typically use Bandit IT-6000
  • Nut runner/ torque gun
  • Leak tester (Cosmo AF-2220)
  • Dot Peen Etcher (Sic i53)
