In the world of exhaust systems, you frequently need to attach heat shields and other devices but can’t utilize welding to be the only method for attachment. In these systems, MMCC will design/build an assembly station where we may need to band the device(s) to the part, or perhaps we need to attach it with nuts and bolts.
We can provide nut runners as part of your assembly needs. Again, parts may be manually loaded or the parts can be robotically moved from the weld cell to the assembly location.
