In the past much of the loading and unloading of weld cells was accomplished by manual work. While manual loading can work well for applications where tight positioning and placement are needed to maintain part tolerance, sometimes it is desirable to have robotic devices load parts and unload finished parts / assemblies to and from the next station. MMCC has extensive experience in moving odd shaped/irregular parts and positioning them into fixtures, at very high through put rates, maintaining all applicable safety standards.
