Melton Machine & Company has been on the leading edge of industrial technology since its founding in 1970 and has been designing industrial robotic automation systems for 50+ years. We design and manufacture systems in our 365,000-sq. ft. facility in the heart of the Midwest, in Washington, Missouri.
In 2017, we installed our first Cobot welding system, which can be used for a single application or shopwide. The easy-to-program Cobot, along with Melton’s proprietary CAP software, enables a welding shop to increase automation at a lower cost than other industrial robotic systems.
We design and build custom solutions, including tooling that can hold parts in place for joining, and we take pride in providing everything you need for your application. When your system is built, we invite you to our facility for comprehensive training, or you can choose to have our trained engineers and technicians set up and train your employees at your shop.
